Factored delivers digital transformation brief for Farrell Heyworth

We’re currently celebrating a huge project win after delivering a digital transformation brief for full-service estate agency, Farrell Heyworth. We’re pleased to be working with them for a second time, as this will be our second website project with the Farrell Heyworth Group.

We previously worked with the group’s auction brand, Auction House North West to redevelop its website , and have now been selected to transform Farrell Heyworth’s website. The work is part of the group’s strategy to move from a traditional high-street estate agency, to a digital-first estate agent.

The project brief was for a complete digital transformation that included designing and building a website that improves customers’ digital experience. The website will be intuitive for customers and will provide the experience of an easy, fast professional service Farrell Heyworth’s customers expect.

We began with customer experience research and website performance analysis that considered functionality and ease of use. We used this insight so we could consider UX at every stage and create an incredible UI that drives users of Farrell Heyworth’s website to complete actions quickly and efficiently. To facilitate a great user experience and support the innovative digital solutions Farrell Heyworth offers, we also integrated the group's custom in-house software into the website build.

We’ve previously worked with a host of businesses including independent estate agents, start-up commercial developments, local authorities, housing associations and overseas estates. Our roster of property clients includes City of York Council, One Vision Housing, Wrenman Homes and Royal Westmoreland Barbados.

As a result of the project work and other client wins, we’re currently recruiting two roles for a UX designer and graphic designer to join our expanding team.
